We are starting our course of this semester. Our course this semester is a continuation of last semester’s course. It is at the same time independent and at the same time a continuity.
Those who didn’t watch our course, who weren’t with us last semester. All these courses are there on IBBIS TV, they’re on YouTube (in Portuguese).
Those who didn’t saw (red) the last course (part 1), it is available here.
Our course continues the theme of psychic constellations, but this semester we are going to address many family issues.
We’re going to start with an overview of the past course and we’re going to study the family a lot this semester. And we really want to do this discussion of the family from a new angle, from a new point of view.
We are going to discuss the family through the issues of family constellations.
Next week we will put the books again, and it’s the same books, both Pietro Ubaldi’s books, Ervin László’s books, Bert Hellinger’s books, plus new books. Mainly the book The field ( Lynne McTaggart) that we are going to explore a lot and the book Love’s Hidden Symmetry (Bert Hellinger) that we are going to talk a lot about him, including Peace and Conflict (I didn’t find a corresponding title for this in Bert Hellinger work) that was already on the last list.
So we’re going to start our course this way and we’re going to try to approach the familiar issue from a different angle.
Remembering some aspects of the last course
Remember that last semester we said that evolution takes place in three major fields:
The first field is individual evolution, this individual evolution goes from the ego to the self, understanding the self as oneself.
So individual evolution is the evolution that we carry out through the interior effort in the interior change. That goes from the ego, from the almost complete unconsciousness of the space of time, passing through the atom coming to inanimate forms, mineral, then vegetable, animal, man. And in man it builds the ego up to the discovery of himself.
This is the individualized evolution, evolution that we carry out inside. It is the evolution that we carry out from ourselves, it is the evolution that we have to carry out in the sense of enlightenment. This is the true evolutionary process when it comes to enlightenment.
And at the same time we have a collective evolution. This collective evolution I start in the smallest of all units, that is, me and the next. This is where collective evolution begins, and collective evolution begins in the formation of the family.
So the family is the central point of collective evolution. From the family comes society, from society comes humanity, from humanity comes the humanities and then all this process that takes place in the universe. But it starts with the I and the next and starts mainly with a family.
It’s a collective evolution that goes I and the next until the totality. So it evolves from the first point which is I and the next to totality.
These two evolutions is the evolution that we make from our effort, from our world. A world of relationship and an inner world. The world of intimate effort in search of ourselves and a world of relationship in the field of generosity, in the field of love and in the field of charity.
(Teacher speaks pointing to slide) So here’s charity, here’s generosity, and here’s self-knowledge, self-illumination.
In this field is our relationship whose main centre is the family. Here is our own self in the process of transformation.
Allied to these two processes is the divine presence in us. And this divine presence in us is due to the process of the fall that it starts in denial until it reaches the understanding of God in us.
So we can call this one the evolution of grace because grace in the figure of the divine presence and the God immanent in us is developing and we are going from denial to belief, from belief to faith and from faith to the discovery of God in us. This grace is what makes the complementary action.
That is why we have already discussed here that evolution is not a mental project. Evolution is above all the process an inner transformation that the divine presence in us cause. And this transformation or as Sri Aurobindo says: “The divine within us is making this transformation that goes up”.
Now, if these three types of evolution coexist in our evolutionary process, then we have to understand that they all have a law, they all reflect a law because even chaos is in a higher order.
Science itself today begins to study chaos in the in its broader view. Chaos has principles and is included in a much larger order. So if it’s included in a much larger order, then we know that this whole process is involved in an order.
If it’s involved in an order, it’s involved in laws, if it’s involved in laws, we can ask:
- What is the law of inner development?
- What is the law of the collective world?
- What is the law of correspondence between us and God?
- Within this law of order, within this law of love, how do principles work?
For example, how does the mental and emotional psychic issue of a family work?
We know, for example, that when we are emotionally good or when we are emotionally bad, our sense of perception of the world fluctuates and consequently we will see the world greyer, more colourful, or will see it black. So according to our worldview, it is according to our emotions and according to our thoughts.
And our family?
- What are the laws that govern the family?
- What are the laws that govern our relationships?
- How can these laws influence us?
- How can we influence these laws?
- How can we transform these laws?
- How do family conflicts happen?
- How are these conflicts resolved?
- How are they within the family?
It’s no use saying just what we always say: “No, we have to forgive, to love”. We have to understand the phenomenon.
How does the phenomenon occur? Because everything in nature is governed by a law, that law is self-regulating.
There’s the law of gravity, the law of magnetism, the law of electricity and we’re going to have the same thing, we have the laws of the moral field. These laws of the moral field, these laws of the mental field, how do they live and are grounded in the collective world?
So this challenge of seeking this understanding is what we are going to have in this course.
Slide 01 – Two movements lead us to knowledge
(Teachers reads an excerpt of the slide)
“Two movements lead us to knowledge. The first is exploratory and wants to embrace something hitherto unknown, in order to appropriate and dispose of it. Scientific effort belongs to this type and we know how much it has transformed, secured and enriched our world and our lives.”
So Bert Hellinger classifies knowledge and the pursuit of knowledge into two major fields. One he calls exploratory, it is that same expression that Pietro Ubaldi calls reason. Is the development of reason through research, through analytical vision, through questioning, through the search for laws, through the particular in order to find the systemic.
Bert calls exploratory, that is, the knowledge that explores, the knowledge that goes after, the knowledge that tries to deduce laws, the knowledge that from small principles tries to reach the whole. Like someone who is going to study a forest and starts with a region of the forest and tries through the understanding of that region to extend that knowledge to the forest as a whole.
So that’s the essence of our knowledge. All our knowledge from the ancient world through mainly Greece and reaching us, is a knowledge search – exploratory in Bert’s language.
And at the same time he says the following:
(Teacher reads the rest of the slide)
“The second movement is born when we stop during the exploratory effort and direct our gaze, no longer to a certain apprehensible object, but to a whole. In this way, the gaze is willing to simultaneously receive the diversity it is faced with.”
Then it forms a second type of knowledge which is knowledge that does not stop at the object alone, but tries to transcend this vision into a broader understanding involving the whole.
That is why the family constellation does not only mean raising family problems and trying to solve them according to our vision, but it is above all an intuitive vision, a synthetic vision and a vision of the totality of the problem.
Those who read Bert’s books think that he is even short, or he cuts a lot, or he doesn’t let talk too much because in fact he is looking for the look of totality that defines that problem and not the look of particularity that breaks down the issues. It is a vision applying intuitive vision in the sense of vision of totality within a context that begins to be born through the representation of a family.
So it’s not just getting people together and trying to see the family problems by dissecting this family problem. It’s much more than that. It is finding the representation of the problem and being able to see the totality of this problem through that representation.
Consequently you will only do this if you pay close attention. Remember when we studied the issue of attention with Krishnamurti, we studied this issue of attention with Sri Aurobindo. That is, if we didn’t have total attention so that from what we are seeing we can have a complete view of the totality and know where the problem arises we would never solve the problem in a systemic way.
That’s why anyone who reads his books will see that he doesn’t want much concept, he doesn’t want much theory and he doesn’t want much description of the problem. He only wants the essentials that allow him to have a global vision. He doesn’t want the exploratory view of the problem, he wants the intuitive view, the synthetic view, or as he will say right now in his term: ‘The view that can encompass the whole phenomenon’.
Slide 02 – Looking for the solution, not looking for the prosecution
(Teachers reads an excerpt of the slide)
“When we let ourselves be carried away by this movement in front of a landscape, for example, a task or a problem, we notice how our gaze is simultaneously full and empty.”
We have already studied this issue of fullness and emptiness a lot.
So he doesn’t have a formed idea, he doesn’t start the problem of evaluating of the family problem by already determining who is guilty, who is innocent. None of that. He’s looking for the solution, he’s not looking for the prosecution.
You can see that every time we are faced with a family problem, we often want to separate what belongs to one and what belongs to the other, saying: “It’s your fault. “It’s the guy’s fault. The fault it’s from so-and-so.
And it’s exactly the opposite of what he does. That is, he want a blank look, he want to understand the problem to solve the problem. He doesn’t want to talk about the problem.
That’s why he has a wonderful line in his book that he goes like this: ‘When we talk a lot about our problem, we don’t want to solve it‘.
So you can see that this is a behaviour we have all the time. We keep talking about our problem and we still want to say that we know the origin of the problem, but if you know the origin of the problem it would already be solved. If it’s not solved, it’s because you’re stuck in a description. You’re not stuck in the real understanding of the problem.
That is why he says that it is a full and empty vision. That is, a vision of totality and a vision without a concept, a vision in which we are not going to look for details of this vision in the sense of defining our capacity for understanding, but a very wider vision than that.
So he is at the same time teaching us how to face a family problem. We have to face this family problem with the vision of wholeness, with the vision of emptiness and not with the vision of judgment.
For example, next week we will study the good conscience that he speaks so well. He shows that a good conscience is the worst thing in the world.
What is a good conscience?
It’s the following: It’s the other’s fault. And it’s the one that you find yourself in the power of justice. “No, I have power because he was wrong and I’m right”. And that’s our vision.
And most of the time, the person is wrong and we are right. Most of the time, oddly enough, we are always right, rarely do we think we are wrong.
So he’s showing that the first thing to see a family problem is to have a vision of complementarity, a vision of wholeness and an empty mind.
(Teacher reads the rest of the slide)
“Because it is only when we do without the particularities that we are able to expose ourselves to the fullness and support it. Thus, we stop in our exploratory movement and step back a little, until we reach that void that can face fullness and diversity.”
In other words, it is acceptance of diversity. It is not separating that this is good and this is bad, and that belongs to the group and that does not belong to the group, that belongs to the family and that is excluded.
The moment we do this we have deepened the problem.
Now if we accept that diversity includes goodness, includes error, includes evil and includes everything in a single field and that all this belongs to the family field, we start a vision of complementarity and a vision of totality that will make it easier for us to solve the problem.
During class someone asks:
For example, in a person like Bert who is an external person, doing this ornament process is one thing. With us that we already know the members of our family, we already have intimacy. How is this? Because it’s very difficult, you already know, for example, I know her problem there, I know how she is, I know how she acts. How can I just stop judging her right now and try to understand her as a whole?
Teacher responds:
Changing vision, changing consciousness.
We learn here that due to the fall we have countless unconsciousness within our unconscious. And that unconscious does not mean without consciousness, it means without perception.
So we might as well have a look at a problem using another consciousness. With the greater consciousness that also exists in us.
Our problem is that we are conditioned to always look the same way using the same conscience and judging others based on what we think is right or wrong and not giving diversity a chance.
That is, most of the family is of one type. The type that does not correspond to the other is excluded.
So it’s the change. That’s why I’m talking here because our vision is not just making a family constellation. Our vision is how you behave in a correct way within your family making a self constellation. That is, the change of a conduct.
Student asks:
And for example, in the case when you start to do this process. At the beginning would it be more like a matter of training?
Teacher responds:
No, it’s not training. We have already said that we are not training our mind to do self-knowledge, this is rubbish.
I’ve said it a thousand times. It’s not a matter of training.
It is a matter of accepting and developing the potential that exists in us and not of training the mind. Training the mind is to continue being the same way.
Remember that we have already studied here the anti and the pro is the same mind. It’s not a matter of training, it’s a matter of conquest, of search. And remember that this search begins with the self-view of our own defect.
Let’s not forget the past concepts.
Slide 03 – You will have exploratory knowledge and phenomenological knowledge
(Teacher reads slide)
“This movement, which initially stops and then retracts, I call phenomenological. It leads us to knowledge different from what we can obtain through the movement of exploratory knowledge.”
So the expression he puts, you will have exploratory knowledge and phenomenological knowledge.
This expression would be the same one that we studied with Pietro Ubaldi, analysis and intuition.
So one is exploratory and the other is a broader vision, which is why Ubaldi calls it insight. While the intuitive vision sees the general and the totality, the analytical vision works with the particularity.
The same thing he is using here in the concept, within the same principle of correspondence to this vision.
One he will call exploratory knowledge: the one that will explore step by step how science does. And the other a phenomenological view, that is, he will see the phenomenon in its entirety, in its vision of diversity and in its vision of complementarity and in its vision of wholeness.
Seeing the problem, he sees where the solution is because the solution can only be in totality. If we are within the law of the evolution of the family, this law is the law of the collectivity. And the vision of the collectivity can only include the totality because otherwise you will not solve anything. If you’re going to solve it from an individual, you don’t solve a collectivity.
That is, you have to have the view that this law expresses the collective content, so it expresses a content of totality. So the whole problem expresses a content of totality and it cannot be seen only in relation to the individual, but it has to be seen in relation to the whole. He will call it a familiar field, that is, a problem is not just the problem that the individual causes in the family or is experiencing, but it is a problem for the whole family.
During class someone asks:
Could I start by trying to let go of all the concepts I have about the family?
Teacher replies:
That would be a great way.
Next week when we study good conscience you will see how important this is.
If you’re going to solve a family problem, the first thing you have to do is get away from the concepts you’ve already formulated, because otherwise, you won’t arrive at this concept.
(Teacher reads a part of the slide again)
So exploratory knowledge is that where you take the problem and say: My daughter, what happened?
This happened, that happened > This is the exploratory view.
Now the other view is: What’s going on?
And from there you study the whole family relationship, then the problem is seen in a totally different way.
During class someone asks:
*** (not possible to hear)
Teacher responds:
We often want to change the field with the concept that we have formulated of change. That is, you can begin to understand that you have a defect, that the family has a defect, that there are problems that are not talked about, no attitudes are taken and these family secret problems are one of the biggest problems that exists within the family and these problems are often rejected, they are thrown under the rug, they are sublimated, but the problem remains and in fact you don’t want to make the change of this problem. It is often talked about or hidden without trying to make a change.
The idea is not for you to have a plan to change the family. It is to find the total vision of the family, find a new image of this problem and from there let the image infect everyone.
We’ll explain it here:
How does our thinking work?
Our thinking works through images. You can see that our thinking works all through the image. If it works through image, we have an image ready for everything and the image that accumulates that forms the words. And the words and images that accumulate are what form the act.
So we can say that the whole process starts with an image.
If I order these images through a vision of totality and complementarity, this image will change the field of which I belong and not just me. So we can start to see the family problem as a matter of initial image and that this problem is formed there and that’s exactly what we’re going to see. It’s the same thing as us.
You can look: What are the concepts that we have of life?
A set of images that we were associating, and it is this set of images that governs us.
So what is Bert Hellinger’s job? What is the work he does?
It’s an image ordering.
And when you move the individual, you start, and that individual assimilates new images. He begins to order the images of a familiar field, after a while it’s another and another and change arises.
That is why evolution takes place in series. It takes place through currents, through phalanges, through family because those who are further ahead seek those who are further back, and those who are further behind seek those who are further back. As the front ones change, the middle ones change and the end ones change in the same way.
So the evolution in the family is an evolution through a chain where everyone is connected through a person of a caravan, where the change of some reflects on the change of the other. Because if we are all united there is no way for one to change without influencing the other.
Now we ask: how are we connected?
So, let’s go back to the concept of field again.
Remember that we talked about this a lot here in past classes. So now we’re going to go back to the field process again. Let’s compare then.
Remember that the spirit is one.
What are we looking for? We are using the personality in the field of incarnate life in the search for the spirit and according to the concept that we brought here from Paul of Tarsus, the spirit is one. Paul says it in Ephesus, says it in Galatians, says it in Corinthians.
That is, the spirit is one.
If the spirit is one, we have already shown here that the spirit is formed from four distinct fields: God, unity, totality and individuality.
So, in fact, the spirit is one because it is what Kardec says in The Spirits’ Book: “To gravitate towards divine unity, this is the desideratum of humanity”.
We all walk towards unity through the collective field to form wholeness. And from ego development to attain the self and clarify individuality.
We studied that from the system that is the paradise, the real and divine universe, there was a contraction of the field of individuality and we were then contracting this field and forming consciousness until this consciousness was extinguished in unconsciousness and time appeared and space appeared. The other side of this coin is evolution from time and space we start a process of returning from unconsciousness to consciousness, and through consciousness we are ordering our world reacquiring free will and lighting different levels of unconsciousness that are in our unconscious until regain unity and spirit. So all this is within our soul.
And if we start from unity when we contract consciousness, it means that there is a huge field uniting us. As Ubaldi says that when we contracted our consciousness generating the fall, we only acted on ourselves and not on the system.
It’s like a fish, the fish can disconnect from the shoal, but it won’t come out of the water and when it disconnects the shoal it doesn’t change the water. It will remain in the river, it will remain in the sea and its behavior if it strays from the shoal does not mean a change in the water. That’s exactly what happened to us, we strayed from the shoal.
That’s why when Jesus goes to talk about this phenomenon he says: The prodigal son, the son who leaves the family, strays from the shoal, travels through distant lands through different consciousnesses until he reaches the lowest degree of consciousness and then returns to his father. But it does not change the envrionment.
This environment is a field and this field is of the same structure that today physics begins to study the fields within science. Just as today we talk about a magnetic field, an electromagnetic field, we already talk about a gravitational field. In the same way, we can say that there is a mental field and there is a psychic field, there is a spiritual field, there is a field of the totality of all fields where consciousness itself exists in relation.
This means: If there is a field that unites us, it means that all beings are interconnected.
So what are we going to do?
To take that concept from physics and bring it into the familiar concept and bring it into the mental concept and bring it into a concept of consciousness.
If we are all interconnected, there is no phenomenon that is lonely. It’s what we already talked about here in the last course: Even our own thinking is not ours.
Thought is collective. What is yours is when the thought is metabolized for you and you add what is in your memory or your qualities.
I compared it here as if it were breathing. The air is of all, now the air that comes out of your lungs has particularities of your organism and its chemical work, the gases and so on.
So it’s the same thing, the thought is collective. As soon as you assimilate it, it will pass through the memory field, your qualification field and will come out qualified by you again. But it is collective, it is not ours and it is not just our phenomenon.
Let’s go back to some of the things that we’ve talked about in the field and bring this study into the familiar field to show how we are interconnected and then bring that into the field of life.
Slide 04 – We can say that the main thread that connects the evolutionary process is movement
(Teachers reads slide)
“The uncertainty principle developed by Werner Heisenberg, one of the main architects of quantum theory, suggests that no particle ever remains completely at rest, being in constant motion due to a ground-state energy field that interacts nonstop with all subatomic matter. It means that the basic substructure of the Universe is a sea of quantum fields that cannot be eliminated by any known laws of physics.”
Now pay attention. We have already studied here the theory that there is actually nothing stationary, nothing solid, nothing fixed. And that all the movement we have is dynamic movement and that everything is movement.
So in the subatomic world we have a movement, in the organic world we have a movement, in the world of consciousness we have a movement.
We can say that the main thread that connects the evolutionary process is movement. But this movement does not mean being still or static. We look at our body and think that our body has the same shape, the only thing we observe is if we gain more or less weight, age more or age less, become more bald or less bald, have more wrinkles or less wrinkle.
The world is reduced to that, but in fact our organism, our body is in constant transformation. Every more or less 2 or 4, sometimes even 6 years as per the concept, we change every cell in our body. Every 2 to 4 years we change all the atoms.
So, in fact, everything is in movement and constant transformation. And who makes this movement and this transformation are these fields through exchange and interaction of energy or forces according to the concept that we want to put.
The whole universe is not a fixed creation, it is a creation that happens every moment. Everything is remade and done at every moment and that is the set of fields.
If everything is remade and done at every moment, we have a huge chance for change.
Why don’t we change?
Because we bring the memory to the psychological world and fix it and this makes a conditioning. And makes our vision of life only change through pain, but we can transform it through love and understanding. It doesn’t need pain . I say that pain is the last cry of the calling process, first it was love, understanding, generosity. When all methods have failed then conditioning begins and from conditioning comes pain. So pain is the last reaction in the consciential chain and not the first.
Slide 05 – Every day your worry is enough
(Teacher reads slide)
“Nothing in the Universe exists as an effective “thing” independently of our perception of it. We create our world every minute of every day.”
So all the time, the entire universe is in transformation and it’s being made every moment. The same thing for us.
If we have a series of consciousnesses within our unconsciousness, you can imagine, it’s an all-time process of change.
We that take a central axis and fix it in front of this central axis.
“Oh, my life doesn’t work, nothing I do works, my life is sad. My emotional life then, you have to see, it seems like all the men that come into my life are all bad. It’s the same. Change the persons, but it does not change facts. In my financial life, nothing works. Wow you need to see my family, there is only problem, I carry the whole world on my back”.
General example
Isn’t that how we talk?
We take a worldview, it’s just that we create that world moment by moment. If it keeps happening the same way, it means whoever is building it is doing the same thing.
Let’s suppose, for example, that you only wore red shirts. Then you arrived and said: “But there’s no way, red won’t let go of me. Where I go, red is present”.
But look, you’re the one who puts on the shirt. How are you complaining about red if you put on the red shirt every day?
That’s what I’ve said here so many times. I mean, the universe you see is the universe you create.
But then you say: “No, but no one ever told me that”. The gospel itself has taught this many times.
Jesus himself says: “Every day your worry is enough.”
What does He mean? That the day should end each day and start over each day, be new each day. But we do don’t do this. We pass from one day to the next the same conception and the same vision.
Slide 06 – If one get better here, it influences the whole environment.
(Teacher reads slide)
“According to Heisenberg, who developed the uncertainty principle in 1927, it is impossible to know all the properties of a particle at the same time, such as its position and momentum, due to what appear to be inherent fluctuations in nature. The energy level of any known particle cannot be precisely determined because it is always changing.”
Remember that momentum is mass times velocity.
So what does he mean? That sub-particles, which is the smallest level of consciousness that we know of, is in constant motion.
We used to think that it was possible for you to be able to determine exactly with the view of classical physics everything that would happen and how it would happen as long as you knew the laws that governed the phenomenon. Nowadays it is conclude that the universe is a wave of probability.
If it is a probability wave you can say at most that there is a probability of a more coherent place where you will find a certain particle and it is not possible to define the position of a particle with 100% fidelity and its velocity with 100% fidelity.
You will always define one variable and you will not define the other. Because if it is a world that is in interaction, it is the complete movement of the whole that defines the particular movements.
So this has to do with this vision that has since the ancient East, which is this vision of totality. That is, movement is not a movement of a ball. The movement is a movement of all balls at the same time.
And if this is for the particles with the highest consciousness potential you can imagine what the human consciousness particle is like. Human consciousness also moves towards wholeness.
If one get better here, it influences the whole environment. If other one falls, it influences the whole environment.
And in the family environment, where it is a much stricter, much more cohesive field, any action of ours will influence this field.
(Drawing)
Here we are.
How does our thinking work, which is what will generate this whole process?
We have a centre here in us that is our memory centre
Around this centre we will have the unconscious and we will have the conscious.
So we can say as Carl Jung says that the conscious is an island surrounded by the sea of unconsciousness on all sides.
Within this field here we build our thoughts. And when I’m talking about thought I’m talking about idea and emotional. I’m talking thought and emotion.
How is this thinking? Usually it has a core and around that core we have images that we aggregate into that core.
So let’s say our core is hurt. We will have the core of hurt.
Let’s suppose that the biggest hurt has to be against Mauricio, so the core will be hurt and the strongest image is Mauricio’s image. Around this image form satellite images and around this satellite image form what I call fragments. So, I have here the hurt is the central point, Mauricio’s hurt is central, but I also have Joana’s hurt that she did that and that. There is the hurt of John who has this and this. And then I build satellite images fed by the field of the conscious. And what is unconscious, is trapped here or repressed or sublimated.
It’s that case where you say: “Oh, I don’t have hurt”. So you threw your hurt where if you’re not aware of it? It will be suppressed.
As it is suppressed what will happen?
I project this on the other. So the entire projection is our set of personal content that we cannot see.
Then you may have certain hurt contents that are repressed even though you think you’re seeing all the hurt that you project.
So the best way for you to study your flaws and your problems is what you think of people.
“Ah, so-and-so is very cocky, wow how cocky she is”.
So take the girl here and you will find that you are more than the girl, much more cocky than her. Only you see through the projection, but if you look for it, you are much more than her.
“Oh, no, so-and-so is a liar”. You come back here and you will find a lie much bigger than the guy, who is the projection.
I want you to understand this because our course is going to be based all the time on this here.
But what also happens? We have our reincarnations that are in the unconscious.
So here in this content of hurt. Let’s suppose here, let’s take John, if in other lives I also had experiences of hurt with John, this hurt is here in my unconscious increasing the strength of hurt that I have with John.
The process passes from one lifetime to another. This content is adding up because it has not been resolved in past lives.
In addition to this knowledge, in addition to the satellite force, in addition to the central force, you also have all the reincarnation content that both it can strengthen the projection and it will increase the hurt much more than the fact. So so-and-so hurt you, but it wasn’t for a problem as big as this one. And that problem becomes central in your life.
During class someone asks:
The first step to uncreate this conditioned universe would be the prayer?
Teacher responds:
Not. It’s prayer, but I don’t want these cheap solutions because these cheap solutions if it had solved, it would have solved already.
It’s not that prayer is cheap, but our conduct towards prayer.
Of course, prayer is the first step. But it is not this behaviour that we talk about because we say it and never do it.
So I’m going to show you a different way using prayer because prayer is not cheap, what is cheap is our conduct.
During class someone asks:
How is it in the case of forgetting past lives?
Teacher replies:
You forget the fact. What you don’t remember about your reincarnation is the fact, the historical fact, the event. When John was Joseph and Moron was Antony. But you don’t forget the feeling, there is no way to erase it.
You forget the fact, but the feeling is there and that’s why you have aversion at first sight, why you have love at first sight, you have nausea at first sight, you have anger at first sight.
The content is inside you, the feeling was not forgotten.
That’s why I say that I don’t believe in past reincarnation because I say that it hasn’t passed.
I believe in present reincarnation. That is, reincarnation is present at all times and the core where it is present is the feeling.
You forgot the fact because the fact helps you to reconstruct the field of feeling. The fact you forgot, but you don’t forgot the feeling.
I’ll give you an example: If we take most people, if we get them from the day they were born to the age of seven, the memories they have from 0 to 7 years old are very few. If you say what you remember from 0 to 7, it doesn’t give you 24 hours together.
You say: “Oh, I remember that, I remember that and I remember that”. Let’s say you have 100 memories.
Let’s say someone who has great memory has 1000 memories, but if you put it chronologically it doesn’t add up to a day, or it doesn’t give a sum of a month.
This doesn’t mean that you didn’t live countless facts from 0 to 7 years. But these facts were forgotten, but feelings are within the personal field.
So much so that when Freud began to study man he discovered that there was a child suffering inside man and he showed that most of our problems have their origin in this period of our childhood, and they begin in the first moments of life. Well, then you have forgotten the fact, but you are there with the present feeling with the present pain.
The same factor occurs in reincarnation. You forgot the fact, but the feeling is present and it increases this field that you form through memory and personality in each life.
During class someone asks:
*** (Not possible to hear)
Teacher responds:
It is the fact. Exactly. Then you come back and see that you were a stupid king, you were an evil king, a silly king. So it’s no use having been a king, it wasn’t ethical.
And if you’ve been a king it means you’ve wronged with more people, then you’ve got more people mad at you. Better to have been a pawn.
So now I’m going to put it here: So-and-so, so-and-so and I’m going to put it as if it were part of a family. I won’t put them all, but everyone is like that. Everyone is interconnected in the same field, that’s how we live.
We have three types of feeding: We have respiratory feeding. Our nutrition, which is given by the forces of nature, vitamin D for example, which needs the sun to be produced, the things that we acquire through the air, what we acquire through the assimilation of the skin and so on.
We have an alimentation, which is food, which we use.
And then we also have a diet that is called psychic food. Nobody lives without it here and it is food in the same way. That’s why when the person stops feeding, it goes into depression, it goes into suffering.
That’s why I always joke that we have to have at least one Mary in life, a John, at least. Because it actually psychically feeds on each other.
When I’m talking about Mary, John, I’m talking about a personal relationship, but it doesn’t matter, it’s a relationship as a whole, feeding on from everyone.
That’s why the person isolates, goes to the room, closes the window, because he stopped feeding.
We are all connected in this process, this is how we live.
Emmanuel has a wonderful word, he says it like this: “When you miss someone you are missing that person’s magnetism”.
Hunger, that would be the word.
So, this is the real field where we feed and we feed on all beings, including those other beings that belong to another family, society. This is the way that connects us.
But then what happens: So here is the guy with his memory, with his conscious and unconscious field and his nuclei and here his satellites of each nucleus. So this food is like this.
If you have a grudge against the person, the connection you have with them when their energy comes in, it goes through the filter of the feelings you have towards them. So that psychic interconnection that happens, it goes through the core that you formed in relation to it.
If the core is hurt, every vibration of it when it reaches you goes through the hurt filter because of the attachment you have and the feelings you’ve built up.
So all the psychic feeding, the one I showed you here, happens through a filter that is the core you built in relation to that person. That’s why when you build a core that that person is central in your life comes passion, comes imbalance.
“I can’t live without that person,” because you’ve built a whole core on top of him. You took his image, built a huge nucleus with huge satellites and the only food you want at that moment is that person. It’s the only food they serve.
So this here is the big problem in all family situations.
What Bert Hellinger will say: “Those people who are excluded from the family, this field is what will feed all people the most”, the one who is excluded for some reason, excluded in feeling, rejected. When I’m talking about excluded, I’m talking excluded as a whole.
So if you have a family here, each one is feeding on the other through the filter that each formed from the image that they formed of the other.
If you exclude in the family, you reject that being, you reject that content, that content that you denied the existence of in the family, it will starts to feed everyone.
During class someone asks:
If we start to integrate this person who is being rejected in the family, does this situation change?
Teacher responds:
It changes. That’s what the constellation does.
It’s not about integrating the person, it’s about accepting diversity.
“No, this person is excluded here because he is gay, in my family gays are not accepted”.
You will have several family members who will be born later who will also have the same problem because the problem is rejection. It is not a problem with homosexuality because homosexuality is not a problem, but rejection.
Then you will have one being that will react again in the same way as the other.
That’s why cases in the family are repeated regardless of generation. Because everyone has the right to exist, everyone has the same right to justice, everyone has the same right to expression and everything that is barred adds to the vibration and feeds the whole group.
That’s why you will see repetitive stories where you say: “No, this is because of the genetic principle”.
The guy who lived isolating his father and who doesn’t accept his father at all because his father is an alcoholic. Later he either becomes an alcoholic or one of his children comes along and becomes an alcoholic.
There’s no way, everything that is repressed explodes, both in the individual field and in the collective field.
Everything that is rejected requires compensation, both individually and collectively.
During class someone asks:
In that case I feed the field and the field feeds us again?
Teacher responds:
Exactly. It does the feedback. Then you feed the person, feed the field, the field feeds you and people feed you.
Look, I’m going to do the representation here.
(Teacher calls three students and asks them to hold a thread to their foreheads)
That’s how we feed in the field.
I’m making a representation to be able to understand, this representation happens this way here.
In addition to this wire we will have the cores that look like this:
Through the nucleus that we filter the psychic food of the other.
The thread feeds.
If the person has a grudge against you, when you feed it psychically, it increases the hurt. Look how you have to solve the problem.
That’s why Jesus said: “If your brother has sinned against you, go between you and your brother. If he listens to you, I will have won back your brother.”
As long as the main problem is not resolved, it continues to power the circuit. So it’s no use throwing it under the rug.
And then there’s a being that is rejected. I’m going to represent rejection as she laying down here. She pulls all the vibration:
She influences the entire field because everyone has the right to exist. That’s why she will influence.
(Teacher invites another student to participate) > This field here, another family member will influence:
Then what happens? This person will assimilate her current here and will become a kind of mediumship of the field.
What Bert discovered empirically – his work is empirical, it is momentary, it is visionary. What did he discover? I can order these images as long as I see the problem not particularized or with exclusion, but with the vision of fullness and with the complete vision. Then I can order by giving an image that orders this circuit so that the being that is here can be accepted and can feed and be fed.
During class someone asks:
Is it possible to use conditioned thinking to break through conditioned thinking’s own limitations?
Is it not necessary to create another way of perceiving conditionings that does not use thinking, but directly feeling and experiencing the conditioned contents?
Teacher responds:
No doubt.
I will represent it like this so that we can understand.
Here is our consciousness and our consciousness is always conditioned. It can be a greater or lesser conditioning. But the ego is conditioning and evolution itself is also conditioning because evolution is based on repetition. When it reaches the adult stage of evolution , you already have a new element which is free will.
Everyone understands free will as the fulfilment of desires, but it is not. Free will is the freedom of love and like freedom is the breaking of conditioning. Everyone confuses free will with will, confuses it with desire. Desire and will are prisons of conditioning.
Free will is the freedom of love, it’s not conditioning.
That’s why I say that our process of self-knowledge is not based on effort. And when I say effort I’m talking about what I’ve always said here, it’s a creative effort based on the freedom of love and not a conditioning effort to create a mental aspect which I start to follow.
So don’t confuse it with the concept when I talk about effort here.
So therefore it is through conditioning that I follow, have no doubt that the conditioning that I open it. I can follow my conditioning, opening to the new field of consciousness.
It’s that: If I want to solve a problem generated by consciousness, it’s not with the same consciousness that I’m going to solve it. And this consciousness already exists virtually in our unconscious, it’s a matter of wanting to access it.
And the way to access it is to go down in our so-called defects because as I go down, life is cyclical, you go up in your potential. The knowledge of a defect in its depth opens a potentiality in our unconscious.
Life is dual, you open one to open the other. And when you open duality you open potentiality, you open here a new form of consciousness that allows you to see in your own conditioning a new vision because you are reaching a consciousness with a not-so-closed view of conditioning that you had. And this process here goes until the complete illumination. That is, until the arrival in the system.
That’s why Jesus was so clear: “Do not resist evil”.
Don’t create resistance.
You create resistance for your flaw: “I’m not like that”. And you create a false image in your mind and start selling that image and throw the flaw under the rug and it’s the opposite.
The more you know your flaw, the more you accept it, the less you reject it. Equal to the familiar field the more you will open up the potential that is available in the counterpart of that flaw.
During class someone asks:
So would all rejected content go back to the family until resolved or accepted?
Teacher responds:
Do not doubt.
That’s why we reincarnate and usually we reincarnate with the same family nucleus.
I mean, the family experience here, the one who was rejected here comes back as a problem element of the current family until everyone accepts and takes care of the problem.
This is how the law of the collective is. What is despised is what has to be accepted and transformed.
That’s why we’re going to go life after life until everyone takes care of this being and everyone lights up in the process and that takes a long time.
How many have not been rejected several times and the problems that continue in the family? This is why Jesus was so clear: The problem continues in the 4th, 5th, 3rd generation.
During class someone asks:
And in the case of the rejected one, what thought should he have?
Teacher responds:
When you say that, you already want to say it like this: The rejecters and the rejected. It’s already wrong. You are on the same principle as before.
When I’m talking here I’m studying the particularity, but when we go to study the problem we have to study it in general: Rejected, rejection, reason for rejection, general problem, so that we can see the whole.
Because if you don’t, you start to make the same vision of the good conscience. That is, the rejecters and the rejected ones.
I have to see the whole and study the various aspects of that whole in a synthetic view to be able to act. Otherwise I start over: who is bad, who is good, who is rejected.
During class someone asks:
What if in the case of the example that was given to the girls, in the case of the rejected one. And if in the case it did not feel that way even though the family had this behaviour? What if he doesn’t care about it and doesn’t even manifest this rejection?
Teacher responds:
Does not exist. You’re wanting something that doesn’t exist because we’re actually going to feel the impact of the problem.
And what is being rejected is not the reject, it is the problem for which the reject represents. So this problem is in the family. It’s a different view.
Let’s suppose that in the family we have a thief. The thief’s problem is the thief’s, he will suffer the consequences of the theft, this is not to nullify the consequences that the person chooses in life, but the following happens: The thief’s problem is the problem that is in the whole family, and the rejection is not just of the individual, it is the rejection of the problem in all individuals.
That’s why I mentioned homosexuality here. “No, in this family we don’t accept this behavior”. Automatically this involves everyone, it’s not a matter of one being. The matter of the being is the primary point where you will start to fix it when it is accepted. But it is the problem in the content of the entire family, there goes racism, homophobia, all the emotional issues. So the idea is not just of the individual here. Following here I start to change everyone here, which is that cardboard I put in front the forehead of the girls.
During class someone asks:
In the case of the birth of any person in the family, the death of any person of a family member or illness, can this bring an ordination or disorder in that family?
Teacher replies:
It can. Depending on the type of attachment, type of conduct, type of acceptance. Death is also a matter of acceptance.
So what are we trying to show? Because we actually feed on each other, it’s no use excluding each other. And we have to solve the problems we have with each other because that’s where each one feeds. It is like a filter, the vibration will pass through this filter, through the nucleus of our thought, and if it is of hurt, of revolt, it will always pass through this nucleus.
That’s why you can look: we have so much attachment to our emotions that it can go 20 years without seeing a person, you keep feeding the same vision. When you meet it again, you have the same vision you had 20 years ago.
You don’t let go of it, the person may have changed, you don’t let go because it’s the ‘good conscience’.
“You wronged me now you have to pay.” The law that we use in our psychic field is the law of talion. “You will have to pay”. And we want the other to pay with the same currency.
During class someone asks:
I can classify the familiar people, those that I also consider, let’s suppose the people who are adopted, will they later live in another family field? Does that field become its family?
Teacher responds:
Becomes everyone’s family. It is an association because love is inclusive, it does not exclude.
If we are all governed by the law of love, love is inclusive, it does not exclude. We can live at the lowest point of ethics, of morals, whatever, we can live, as Pietro Ubaldi says, as unevolved (not evolved enough), but the process that generates the field and that governs the field, that makes and undoes everything is love. And love includes and does not exclude.
Guys, this is what we’re going to study, what we started today and we’re going to delve into.
I really want to delve into these family issues and discuss it a lot using Bert Hellinger vision. Remember that I am not teaching a course on Bert, I am using Bert’s knowledge, knowledge of science, knowledge of Ubaldi, knowledge of the spiritist doctrine, knowledge of André Luiz for us to make a synthesis and a vision that includes the fall , evolution, involution, reincarnation, psychism, unconscious and that includes the fields, including the family fields.
So we’re not teaching a course on Bert. That’s why I called it psychic constellations to show that the constellation is much bigger than the familiar, it’s a global one.
We are using the concepts that can arrive at a synthesis vision.
Next week we are going to start a little bigger approach to these fields and then we are going to start to address this awareness so that we can see how to deal with it in a global view and in a broad view.
During class someone asks:
***(not possible to hear)
Teacher responds:
I think the absolute point of the system is love. I think that absolute love is the point where we are heading and the system, the basis of it, is no longer relative, it is absolute love.
That is why in absolute love it allows you the fall because you can use your free will as you choose. So I believe that love is always the basis of the whole process and that if there is something absolute in the universe that something absolute is love. And what’s more, in my opinion it’s all about love.
Great guys, thank you .
