Summary
Imagination
Guys, we are studying the imagination and consequently our mind.
We have seen that we have a conscious and an unconscious.
Within that unconscious we have the subconscious which is what we have planted through the centuries. And we have the super conscious which is our possibilities.
With the vision of the fall, with the vision of the descent and contraction of consciousness, it is easy to understand the unconscious that was born in the fall, and it is also easy to understand the super conscious because in them are the possibilities that we will expand with evolution.
And in the conscious is everything that we plant in the evolutionary process. So in the conscious we plant, in the subconscious we reap and in the super conscious we develop.
Within this process, thought is the main tool.
We have already seen here that thought is a collective force that expresses itself in each individuality. And in each individuality we externalize what we metabolize in the common factor, the similarity of air.
We have also seen that our mind writes on the canvas of imagination.
Imagination is the most important element in the development of religiosity, in the development of our ideal and in the development of any trajectory that describes our destiny.
Since the moment we apply imagination in the lower field, we will end up performing tasks or doing actions that do not match the divine law or with what is already born in our consciousness. Hence the care in choosing the images and the care in choosing every process that we are going to experience.
For those who are already reading Bert Hellinger. Bert talks all the time about the construction of images that can organize the family field. And he is right because these images are inside us, and these images, when disharmonious, make us feel thoughts that will create inharmonious visions.
So we have to be very attentive so that we can study the images that appear in our content.
If we have disharmonious images, if we have images that involve people or groups of people in disharmony. We need to study, we need to know where these aversions come from, where the irritations come from. Where the vision in relation to this or that person comes from and look for modification of these images so that we can work from there our feelings.
We have extreme difficulty working with our feelings, and I’ve already said here that feelings generate thought.
Well, then, the best way is to use imagination to study the images and from the study of the images we look for a “reprogramming” in the sense of transforming these images until we can transform feelings. In experience and effort and in practice, and this is all done by imagination.
Carl Jung worked in this area and then used the term active imagination in the sense of continuing dreams and continuing the images that appear within us.
These images will be part of this development of the inner world. So the inner world is populated with images, the inner world is an infinity, an ocean, it is the universe that images will emerge. And each time you walk along the line of more subtle evolution , more integrative, more beautiful and more synthetic will be the images you see.
For those who, for example, study Pietro Ubaldi there is a book by Pietro Ubaldi called Fall and Salvation.
Pietro Ubaldi saw two triangles, one inverted in relation to the other and from there he saw the entire division. He wrote the entire book, which is over 200 pages long, just based on the vision he had, he had a complete vision.
These images are what emerges as we evolve, they are synthetic images, images that integrate this whole process. And in our world certain symbols appear that are the representation of these images.
That is, in addition to everything else, in addition to them appearing in the psychic field. They appear as a synthesis of very advanced knowledge, and that no matter how much you study they are not exhausted. As is the case, for example, of the image of yin and yang, which is millenary, yet still written with it today.
As is, for example, the image of the cabal. I mean, the structure of the cabal if you look at it, it’s the whole development of our world, it’s the whole universe. The cabal already brings all these dimensions showing how the world, and then those who study will find words to cover these images.
At a certain moment you don’t have these words, you don’t have this knowledge to cover. That’s why secret knowledge was formed.
What is secret knowledge?
Secret knowledge is that knowledge that is formulated through symbols and that in no way we managed to bring these symbols to the reality where we are located. One has to wait for the time for those truths to be opened.
Emmanuel says that the Old Testament has various with images and symbols that only the great Jewish sages were able to interpret.
We tend to interpret the Old Testament literally, and the New Testament through parables. Well, everything is a parable, everything is a symbol.
So to interpret the Old Testament literally, or historically, is just a huge loss because within it there are symbols represented by people, represented by situations that speak nothing more than our evolutionary process. Whether current or future, and the way in which we can lead within that process. So it is symbolic.
And we’ve already seen that here through the course that we’ve already seen the gospel within, and we’ve seen some experiences in that area.
So we need to understand that all this is born in the field of imagination.
Imagination works as if it were a canvas, this canvas thought paints. It is on it that thought is written, it is in the colour of feeling that it has life. So it is on that canvas of imagination, hence the responsibility in what we imagine.
Often we have a person we don’t like and we start to imagine us arguing with them. Look, this discussion is life, it is forming around you, it is gaining life, gaining purpose, and sooner or later it will become an action. And if it doesn’t become an immediate action in relation to the person, it can be downloaded to another person who has nothing to do with it because the content is there and you don’t have surveillance, all of a sudden this content will break.
It is on top of these contents that the vibratory sharing takes place that we often call obsession, influence. And whenever we talk about obsession, we talk about something external to someone, a spirit, or something that exerts an action on us, but no.
Obsession is always a sharing process. Is always a joint process, obsession is always a reciprocal process, it is a reciprocal symbiosis. Because you offer the material and the intentions and the obsessing spirit offers the means of amplifying it. And the two of you set out for the realization. So that’s the reason why we take care with the images that come to our minds.
Remember when we studied Sri Aurobindo’s work here, he talks like this: When certain images come, and you no longer want these images, let them pass. Don’t pay attention to them, let them pass, don’t keep cultivating, let them pass. It’s not what you want anymore, focus on the other images, focus on images that involve you.
This concentrating on an image is not substituting mental images for other mental images asking: “Oh, my God, don’t let me think about that”, because you end up generating repression. And with repression you will lead to exploding that and another way. You have to understand that you have to do the process consciously looking for inspiration above, like someone painting a canvas.
I mean, what is an artist, for example, a plastic artist? It is the one who will use his imagination, will receive an idea and make that imagination sprout on a canvas. That’s why when the artist paints it has meanings that not even it often perceives, that others will perceive, that others will see. And it often doesn’t have a vision of how much it came, how it came.
The same thing happens, for example, in poetry, it happens in music.
So, it is this view that we have that we have to take care of. But in a conscious way, not in a repressive way. It’s not just replacing thoughts, it’s studying thoughts to build a destiny, it’s totally different. It’s not just substituting thought here, thought A for B for C. “Oh my God, this one is bad, this one is good”.
No, it is a construction of destiny from the inner world, and the connection with the high so that these images can correspond to our process of interiorization.
Everything that is done in reincarnation, every reincarnation process has only one objective, to change your inner world.
I usually say that the reincarnation process is like a cross: The horizontal part means our role in the world. That is, the role that God has given you: The role of daughter, mother, woman, professional, social, citizen, the role within your specialization, medical role, engineer, journalist, teacher role. That is, the role that God has given you in the world. The role you play, for example, within churches that are also collective roles, are fraternity roles, are liaison roles, are family roles of spiritual families that you play. So this is the horizontal beam.
And there is the vertical beam that this is the inner world. So the inner world has nothing to do with that world you are shaping there in the role, it has to do with qualification. But we mix the two worlds.
You can see that most of our inner contents are directly linked to our functional world. The anger you had at work, the tiredness you are having at work, the dissatisfaction with what you are doing, the domestic fights, the nausea of you fulfilling this or that domestic function.
You can see that the intimate content is not a content that separates itself from this action, not that we are going to experience different content. But it cannot be the predominance because, otherwise, you will not be able to qualify its function.
If you only get stuck within the narrowness of our day-to-day realization you will never open your world to higher dimensions.
So you have to give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, so this teaching of Jesus is an inner teaching. That is, what is giving to Caesar? It is to give to Caesar what is of the world.
“Ah, I have to have certain concerns about the world, ah, so okay, I’m going to do this, I’m going to do that, here I’m going to do it like this, ah, I had a problem at work”. Reason it, see what it messed with in you, but you will work the intimate world. It’s totally different.
You cannot annex the intimate world and the external world in the single world. No. On the contrary, the inner world has to govern the external world, it has to govern the functional world. And you cannot be stuck all the time in that content because otherwise you will create habits and you will create certain conditionings that you will not be able to get out of them.
It’s what we say: “Oh, I can’t do it”. You cannot because you have contaminated the two worlds, and the two worlds are in one world.
So you don’t know, wait a minute. What depends on my role has a level, I don’t need to be stuck all the time.
“The person told me something that hurt me”, so study why it hurt me. Okay, I say a prayer for that person, I already think of them in a different way.
If I’m angry, I’m going to enjoy the anger a little, it’s also no use talking like that: we’re superhuman.
There are a lot of people who try this reaction: “Oh, no, these things don’t affect me”, small talk. We are human, we are just like everyone else. There’s no such thing as saying that it doesn’t affect me. No, but that’s why I always say that our point of renewal is not a starting point. It’s an arrival point.
It’s not because the person said it and I already have a certain awareness that I won’t be angry. The anger is there. It’s no use me wanting to sublimate or let it go of this anger. No. I’m going to be angry.
I’m madly angry with that person, but I know inside me that I have a commitment to forgive them. So I’m going to get out of the anger and I’m going to the final point that will be forgiveness. But I’m going to start from what I am, from my anger. I will start from my mistake, from my restlessness. But with the commitment to transform it into the inner process in time.
So that’s our commitment. Someone who argues with you that made you angry, you will enjoy that anger.
It’s the same thing if a sad event happens and you say: “Oh, no, I was sad”. So you’re going to enjoy grief, yes, you have to enjoy grief.
You’re dating a guy, everything’s cool with the guy, and you suddenly find out that the guy has ten lovers and you’re only the eleventh. So you say: “Oh, no, it’s fine, I forgive him, he’ll go his way, I’ll go mine, I forgive”.
No. Forgive you hell, you go there and you’ll be angry. If you need to go there and swear at him, you’ll do it. But with the commitment that this process will not turn into hate. It won’t turn into permanent hurt, it won’t turn into low self-esteem, it will not turn into fear.
No, you go there often and you’ll pick up the baseball bat and roll it in his ear. But with a commitment to transformation.
Now you’re in the other psychic stage where you can take all this and transform it, no need to use a baseball bat, no harsh words and no fights. Thank God, keep going.
Now if you’re not, start from where you are.
When Jesus says, “Take up your cross and follow me,” he is saying exactly that.
What is the cross?
We interpret this cross only in relation to our problems, our pains, our reincarnation past. But no. The cross is exactly that: our role in the world and our orientation towards God. That’s why the first commandment is to love God above all things. This is the commandment for the inner world, everything in terms of God because as God is the giver. We have a habit of interpreting God only as a creator and as a leader. No, God is the giver of love.
Now, if he is a giver of love, all the love that sprouts in us is his donation. That’s why it’s loving God above all things so that you make a vertical connection in your intimate world, and from there you work the images so that the images can work their contents and their contents can make new trajectories in their functional world.
That is the process, and imagination is the basis of that process where the mind grows.
At the same time, if we think of the whole process as if it were the two helices of DNA. DNA is interesting, it looks like a ladder that winds up forming what they call two helixes.
Let’s think: One helix of ours is memory and our conditioning. The other helix is our entire past that is structured within our subconscious field.
This past communicates as if it were the DNA rungs with each other.
So our tendency is to repeat the reincarnation past. Our biggest problem when we incarnate is getting out of the millennial conditioning that repeats, repeats and repeats.
As most of the time we reincarnate with a group, whether family or friends, to recover past reincarnations, our tendency is to repeat them because what is structured in the helix of the process of the reincarnation past communicates immediately in the formation of thoughts within of the imaginative field, and conditioning is the basis of our psyche.
And when I say conditioning here, I’m talking about inertia, which is immense in us.
So our tendency is to repeat ipsis litteris what we did.
That’s why life often comes and gives you an inhibitory pain, which prohibits you from that process for the possibility of an intimate change.
For example, I have my life and I’ve repeated a crime several times. Then God makes me paralyzed, I can’t even pull the trigger so that with the inhibition the process can transform. The intimate world can reach a new standard. So that influences can’t hypnotize in the present and lead to repetition of the fact.
So there are many inhibitions, whether bodily, psychic, or mental. Which are nothing more than an attempt to readjust millennia-old repeatable acts.
For example, a suicide, you can look in the book Memoirs of a Suicide, Yvonne A. Pereira, which is the best in this area. You will see that suicide is repeated in several reincarnations.
Yvonne herself had several reincarnations and she committed suicide. There are people who commit suicide five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten times over the millennia because that’s the trend.
So if we’re not careful with these tendencies that surface our conditioning, we’ll keep repeating what we’ve always been. We reincarnate and come back without any significant change in our psychic field, in our inner world, because the millennial conditioning associated with the conditioning of the personality makes the communication and this process repeats itself.
That’s why Jesus was so clear: “Deny yourself”. If you don’t start denying yourself mainly in what the involutive descent means, you will never get rid of conditioning. And the tendency is to repeat the same acts over and over.
So, the characters are the same, the names are changed, the bodies are changed, but the repetition of the acts are extremely similar. And hence the difficulty we have, and hence the infinite repetition of the reincarnation process and the loss of opportunities because there is no change in the psychic pattern, there is no change on our part because these two helices that exist within us subconsciously in their structuring of everything that we plant and come as trends, and the structuring of personalities are intercommunicating, making us always generate similar processes.
During class someone asks:
What is the best way for us to identify this reincarnation repetition since once we get used to our habits?
Teacher responds:
The reincarnation repetition appears a lot in the way we say: “It’s my way of being”.
This way of being that is the crap that leads us to mistakes. For example: in my way of being, I’m impulsive, I’m highly impulsive, I’m impatient.
Now, this way of being impatient and impulsive is not just a structure of the present, it is a structure that is already filed inside me and that emerged in the present as a trend, and I again developed it.
So before I could have the impulsiveness to commit the crime. Today I can have the impulsiveness to talk nonsense, to say things much more than I should.
Before I could have impatience generated countless consequences, an abandonment and the desertion of several commitments. Today impatience leads me to irritability. But it is alive and if I am not careful the impulses of the past return of the same nature.
So I have no idea of committing a crime, I am vigilant so that I cannot descend to such a level. But if fate, evidence brings me together in very difficult situations, this uncared for impulsiveness can generate in me the same fall from the past, and that in all areas.
The best way for you to look at, it is to see your way of being.
What you say to others like this: “I am like this”. This “I am like this” is your package, the package you have created. It is the way in which you have already structured your psyche and the repetition of the process.
Many times you can reach a certain level that does not correspond to your past, but you, faced with a test, faced with a situation, faced with an imbalance, you cannot say where you are going, because that can arise as a tendency that you can’t control.
So study your way of being, really study, writing, reading, rereading, going to study, for example, read several books on impulsivity to see how the mechanism is born, what the psychological mechanism is like, what the psychic mechanism is like, and watch for that does not pass a certain level.
Then you say: “Very well, and now how am I going to make this impulsiveness transform?”
Jesus says in Luke’s gospel that people have to make friends with the riches of iniquity.
Impulsiveness in action can be coming, it can be brought to impulsiveness in creating ideas.
So you’re going to take the impulsiveness that comes to you as a minor feeling and you’re going to take the impulsiveness and use it in the sense of making compromises within the area of creativity. Then you’ll have an outlet for several things.
It often brings you a problem, you pick it up and in two seconds you can solve it because it’s the same impulsiveness in the immediate resolution of an action.
So you will use impulsivity in the same way only inversely contrary, but proportional. And that in all areas.
You will always be able to use that weakness in a positive way.
It’s like I joke, I always say this: If you’re a cheap person, for example, you’re going to give healing touch. At least in the healing touch you open your hand.
It is already an element of transformation, it is already something.
You’re already opening your hand, at least in the healing touch, you’re already giving something that didn’t cost you and that you’re already managing to donate.
So, in each of these processes you can make friends with the riches of iniquity. That is, I take the defect and transform it over time.
Now this transformation starts in the mind and starts in the imagination.
So, whatever you want to transform, paint the picture in your imagination and create images within that action as if you were reprogramming yourself. But always remember: reprogram with creativity, with awareness and not simply with a mental aspect. Because in fact you are not going to do anything, you will repress, and these paths of inner elevation are often paths of escape, of defence of the personality.
During class someone asks:
A kind of conclusion to see if I understood straight: When you talk about this DNA helix that we have. It is clear to me that this reincarnation mission that we bring is really difficult, because if you already have this tendency you forget the past, you arrive here and work in this world more than your function within the professional field. This work is really very difficult, and that is why this interior reform is increasingly needed. And how can we, within this super difficult process, open this door to this inner world in the face of everything we live today where time consumes everything we have at work?
Teacher replies:
I think the best lesson for this is the lesson of the gospel, which Jesus has in the expression that some gospels translate in this way, Jesus says: “Every day your worry is enough”.
Some gospels that translate: “Each day is enough for its evil”.
I like this second translation because it’s no use wanting to do something that is not elaborated every day. It has to be every day. I dream patiently this for me, it is very difficult to say this to you, but it is the evangelical content.
You should do this process every day, regardless of time. Because time is nothing more than the conditioning that we are already putting on us.
In fact, time has for everyone, we are conditioning ourselves to be busy because we are giving a lot of value to the functional world. The functional world must have its value, but we are the ones doing it because like everyone else, we are doing it too.
So it is fashionable today for you to be a silly cockroach chasing money and filling all your time with work activities, with paid activities or with any other activity, to have several activities at the same time.
On the one hand it is good because you are developing diversity and you are developing conditions to act at the same time in several places, but on the other hand it is bad because you create anguish, you create a rhythm that will lead you to what we see a lot there, an immense anxiety, immense disquiet.
You can see that anxiety, restlessness is the disease of our decade, it is very intense, everyone is like that.
So, in fact, this is already a conditioning. A conditioning that we have to evaluate what is really necessary and what I can have each day.
It’s no use saying: “No, I’m going to spend so many hours of mine for self-knowledge”. No. It’s no use. You have to say the following: “Today I’m going to come back early, I’m going to study, I’m going to give a reading and I’m going to meditate a little about myself”.
I’m going to do the same as alcoholics anonymous: “Today, I didn’t drink”. This is the best policy I know of, and the gospel itself endorses it.
So you can reach the end of the day: “Today I didn’t get impatient, thank God”. That is, if you become vigilant, “Today I will have a better raise for myself”. Then you go every day creating conditions for this process to take place.
If we take the time we live, there is a lesson by Humberto de Campos in one of the books that I really like. Humberto dos Campos the spirit, which he says: The account of life. A young man who dreams on his birthday, he did nothing, and then his mentor brings his account of life. That is: How many beings had already died to feed him? How many people worked for it to exist? What has already been done? How many days did he have on earth?
As if it were a balance of days, hours, food, care, what he had received, and what he had generated.
So this lesson from Humberto de Campos is very interesting.
We should reflect a little more on it because this is exactly what we have to see. I mean, in view of what life has already given me, have you ever imagined the time of care you have already been the object of? Whether from your mother, from your father, care that someone offered you in a hospital field, be it care from a friend, care from a relative, or food that you receive in your home thanks to the efforts of thousands of farmers, thousands of ranchers, for example, who will take care that you feed yourself thanks to the effort of these people.
It’s a series of things that happened in your life.
And if you take your life, you say like this: Well, in the face of so many thousand days that I’ve lived, what have I done in terms of productivity?
Look, I’ve done this to myself and it’s sad. You keep adding up the favours you did to see if it helps, you say: “no, I already did you a favour and stuff to see if it gives a volume”. My God in heaven, I’ve lived so many thousand days, so many thousand hours and I produced this?
And yet, life took care of you this whole time so that you could produce something. So we have to evaluate, and the way to evaluate is day by day.
Let’s suppose that day, something happened that didn’t let you have any time for yourself, and you arrived very tired, the most you could do was pray in your sleep. All right, it was that day, but it doesn’t need to become a routine. You can each day look for the clothes where you can get to flow in this process.
Last week we stopped here, we are close to finishing our course on thoughts in this first phase. And then I want to bring some things here that André Luiz also talks about thoughts that will be very useful. So we ended the last class by studying this passage.
Continuing last class
Slide 01 – Thought is a radioactive force
(Teacher reads slide)
“We need to understand – we repeat – that our thoughts are forces, images, things and visible and tangible creations in the spiritual field.”
Our words in the field of the incarnate is an immense force because what you say generate reactions that you cannot imagine what can happen. Whether for good or for bad. Because the word has immense force.
The way you unload that word into the environment with people, and what it’s going to generate. You can’t control the word once it’s out of your mouth. The thought is the same thing.
Just because I don’t see the thought doesn’t mean that thought isn’t something highly palpable and visible. For spirits, our thoughts are seen in everything.
You often have thoughts and want to hide them from others, but you don’t hide them from anyone. Paul of Tarsus already knew this, he says: “We have a multitude to witness”.
So the thought formulates within our psychic field mainly within our aura as a mental form where the images that we form appear. And these images logically that are vibrations, it will contaminate everything that is around you.
People just don’t die of a mental infection because of the presence of the sun.
The presence of the sun and the care of spirituality is what makes us not die each day of intoxication caused by thought because it is a living force.
Our diseases, our pathologies are formed by it.
Those that we are born with, the congenital diseases were the ones that we formed and crossed the reincarnation barrier.
And those that we form with genetic tendencies, you say: “Oh no, this disease I have is genetic”. It is the disease of the collective group.
It’s people repeating experiences within the same field.
“My family has breast cancer, all the women in my family have cancer”. And I know a family that has six generations of breast cancer because the trends, the processes, what generated are similar. So the family brings , plasm this process.
So the family already brings this structured process because they were common mistakes. They made mistakes commonly, they changed the field of feeling, they changed the field of sexuality, here comes the heart attacks that you will have to be very careful so that the disease does not manifest itself.
They are the collective errors of the family, just as there are collective errors of a nation, an environment.
Teacher reads on slide: So, it’s forces, images, things and creation.
The best way to think as a force is to think of the electromagnetic force. Because thought is an electromagnetic force. I have already explained that here.
Of course, it is not similar to a compressible force, but it is a magnetic force. That is, it is within a pattern that we can establish after light, that’s why thought is light.
Consequently it has enormous strength, it acts like a magnetic force. You can take the entire spectrum of light that goes there. For example, x-ray, gamma ray, the mind has all of that, only in a higher octave. That is, it has a spectrum that goes beyond this compactable energy that we know in our world. But it has all the power of action equal to the rays we know.
So we can also say that thought is a radioactive force. Hence the reason why it will cause cancer, cause disease, tumours within our cellular field.
Slide 02 – Thought displaces subtle forces around us.
(Teacher reads slide)
“Living energy, thought displaces subtle forces around us, building landscapes or shapes and creating magnetic centres or waves, with which we emit our action or receive the action of others.”
This here, this ending we already explained well.
It is like air, we receive and emit. What I have already said here is like the rainbow, infinite colours. In each of us we are part of a field where the whole is involved. So everyone who thinks like I think, feels like I think in a similar way, communicate and influence each other.
In fact, our thinking is a collective force that penetrates us, we radiate with our connections, but that feeds thousands of people at the same time.
(Teacher points on slide) And he makes it clear here: Thought displaces subtle forces around us.
Look if these subtle forces are around us, why don’t we shift the divine forces. Why don’t we displace the subtle forces of grace, why don’t we displace the subtle forces of inner growth, why don’t we displace the subtle forces of knowledge, why are they the same forces?
- Why am I going to wake up atavistic forces that hold back when I can wake up living forces that take me into the future?
- Why keep waking up the forces of the subconscious when I can wake up the forces of the super conscious?
So this is our need. And we can only wake up to this through the tool of thought. Which is the only instrument we have within the conscious field.
It’s the thought that we have to work with, and the thought is an image, it’s strength. So let’s work with these images, let’s work with these forces, and these forces are worked with creativity and study.
So intimate reform does not mean a transitory survey of our faults. It means a coexistence with all our contents and the search for the whys and make you aware so that we can use it in an inverted way in the sense of giving straightness to that impulse. Remember that every fault is an inverted virtue.
During class someone asks:
In the last class you mentioned something about apometry. Because there is a scholar of apometry that is Godinho, he is from the south.
He developed the thesis of multiple personalities, of subpersonalities that all of us, or most of us, in our various incarnations we will have some of these personalities lived in each incarnation that they will remain, despite the process of the next reincarnation. And these personalities end up influencing, pulling us precisely towards those trends that were experienced. So sometimes the person reincarnated now with a new proposal, with a new existential project that goes in a direction, but there is a part of them that are these experiences lived in life before that pull them in a other direction.
So much so that in apometry work, what Godinho says or others say, most cases of obsessive processes are not external spirits, they are the person’s own, only those parts, those fragments of the person himself , personalities, or subpersonalities that need to be worked on, that need to go through the disobsessive process in order to be enlightened, to be transformed.
I just wanted to know what you think about this in relation to what you’re talking about.
Teacher responds:
When we study the fall here, we show that the fall, in addition to being a contraction of consciousness, is a fragmentation. So our own ego is fragmented.
That’s what I said here, there are even some books that even have this title, which is the divided self. We have a fragmented ego and it is not only fragmented due to past incarnations. It is fragmented in relation to past incarnations and it is fragmented in relation to the current personality. You can see that we have a set of voices within us.
On the IBBIS website I have an article I wrote talking about this. Which is exactly the set of voices that we have inside us.
Gudef* has an expression that I like. He says that we are similar to a residence where there are several servants, and there is a butler who directs all of them. By the time the butler leaves, everyone wants to be boss.
So, I think this is exactly what happens in our inner world, we have several personalities. The process of the intimate personality exists in the very fragmentation of the personality and exists in relation to the other helix which is the fragmentation of the various lives that we already had. And this fragmentation generates thoughts that attract beings that will live fragmented within our psychic condominium.
I find it very difficult for you to separate a process and say that it is obsessive and not obsessive. If It is psychological or not psychological.
André Luiz in the book Missionaries of the Light says: “Man has a habit of separating matter from spirit when we, students of spiritual reality, do not know when one ends and the other begins”.
So the same thing I think, nowadays, for us to treat someone who we talk about obsessive, we have to treat with disobsessive fluidic therapeutic treatment. We have to do the psychological treatment within this vision, we have to treat the past personalities.
I mean, actually we have to do a series of treatments that could be unified in a synthesis so that we really balance or help someone to balance.
Our treatments are still just a rehearsal, that is to say. At the time that Godinho and so many others who are seriously dedicated to apometry today begin to do this type of treatment, a step towards the future is being taken, where we will enable, we will create techniques, we are going to find ways and we are going to make the way to work this, as happened with us in relation to the magnetic current. That is, we are going to find ways to favour the psychic treatment.
These means are not antagonistic, they are not exclusive, they are not prioritized over others. In fact, it is a set of means for the treatment of the disease. That is, the disease of contraction of consciousness and the disease of fragmentation of the being.
So please God that studying, people seriously dedicating themselves tomorrow we have treatment for everything.
I just reread the book Sex e Destiny and I found it very interesting. Because you read and read and read and you never see it.
At the time when you are already better, for example, I found there the treatments that they do in the spiritual plane, they do magnetic acupuncture, they are showing magnetic acupuncture showing sleep therapy, narcotherapy, various fluid therapy, various types of treatment used in different situations within that vision that we always talked about here, beneficial cost and the best for that patient at that moment.
So please God that tomorrow we can have a whole therapy where all this is connected. That is, from psychological treatment to mediumistic treatment, from fluidic treatment to inner treatment. I mean, that all this is connected to a reality.
I think we are taking the first steps on that path. Previously we thought that everything was disease and this disease was caused by miasmas and was caused by demons. So everything was on the devil’s back.
As we advanced medical science, we saw biochemical disorders here. So nowadays all of our Western medicine is based on the biochemical disorder that will lead to physiological changes and anatomical changes, and a series of medications and treatments have been invented for this process. Later, he saw that it was also necessary to treat mental contents and psychological contents, so psychotherapy emerged, something that was not available in past centuries.
In addition to being biochemical, we also saw that there is a psychological process. Religions, through the effort of religion, have long seen spiritual problems and the spiritist doctrine offers us a series of mechanisms that you can do with disobsession, fluid therapy, stepping, etc. And many others who were already offering it. Today we have Reiki, we have so much good stuff spread around the world in this process.
Oriental medicine was already bringing various techniques that were used and that are still used today. Look, for example, at anthroposophy, how many cool things it has absorbed. Look at acupuncture, how much good acupuncture has.
In other words, imagine tomorrow us going and advancing in this field and uniting these therapies. These therapies all within a single field where we can treat all these values and this vision.
I think we’re going to start with a totality treatment. Now I believe that any treatment and anything that we can do is always less than the treatment that you can do with yourself. That is, self-healing and self-knowledge is the best of all treatments, and it is the foundation of any other.
I think any treatment is just an incentive for your change and only you can heal yourself.
Slide 03 – Principle of complementarity
(Teacher reads slide)
“In the simplest pictures of nature, we see the principle of correspondence manifested.”
So the principle of complementarity, the principle of correspondence that Bohr even put in quantum physics is the principle of life. It’s not just subatomic particles or the quantum world, it’s the universal world.
Now, within complementarity, what is our biggest problem?
Relationships.
Relationships is our biggest problem, and our biggest problem is the affective relationship.
Emmanuel even says in the book Life and Sex that affective relationships have already killed more than all the wars in the world put together.
So affective relationship is our biggest problem and I’m going to take advantage of it because here’s the word correspondence.
When we correspond with the person that we start falling in love with someone, liking someone, fixating on someone. We start a process of vibratory interaction.
That’s why spirituality always says that sex is a big responsibility. Because when you start the process of interacting with a person, when you start with a process in which you interact. You start a process of complementarity, correspondence and at the same time begins a compensation process. And this compensation and this complementarity are initially given to the field of feeling and thought.
So the whole seduction process involves these three elements.
The process of complementarity begins and correspondence is a process of reciprocal interaction. So one begins to feed on the other, and any injury you cause in this field and from that injury, whatever mistakes the person may make, you are a co-participant in these mistakes to a greater or lesser extent.
Hence the responsibility you have in relation to the commitments you make. If you don’t want to, don’t assume, if it’s just for fun, don’t do it, if it’s just for transitory achievements, take proper care. Because the relationship is our biggest problem and our biggest fixation. Hence the reason why the fascination process is the process that most happens in the affective relationship.
Many times when the affective relationship breaks up, the person can go to the fascination process. Which is that sentence: “Oh, I don’t know how to live without him”. But you lived your whole life without him, and now you can’t?
And there is no one to make them understand, the person only wants that being, only that person.
This subject is so important that after these courses that we are going to give next year in the first semester on family constellation, I’m going to give a course on relationships because it’s the current illness.
If we have anxiety and restlessness as our biggest problem with time and life. Our current illness is called relationship. So we need to start understanding this better.
“Oh, why don’t I find anyone in my life?”. “Why does every person who comes into mine life leave and I’m alone?”. “It seems that my relationships are repeated. I don’t know how to build something solid and our relationships are all volatile”. “I love you that day, tomorrow I’ll text you ending”.
Who hasn’t received a message ending? I have a lot of people I know who received a message: “I love you, let’s get married”. Then on the other you receive a message, it’s not even getting there to talk, there’s a message: “look, we can’t do it anymore, It’s over, I’m out.”
This has been the field where we are and this correspondence causes injuries that we become responsible for, and influences other people as well. We need to start looking at this with a better and more prepared view.
During class someone asks:
When you talk about this correspondence that one harms the other. For example, I’m your girlfriend and you harmed me, but I collaborate so that you do that? Does it also exist?
Teacher responds:
Yes, it’s always mutual. Now, if you don’t cooperate and your intention is superior, I can’t make that excuse.
It is a subject that we need to study.
Slide 04 – We have other ways of compensating ourselves
(Teacher reads slide)
If we’re going to study our day, we usually get around six hours, eight hours, four hours of sleep. So we can say that between four and eight hours is the average sleep time.
Our waking state has more or less a base of sixteen hours. We have to remember that we have different types of vibrational compensations, we have vibrational compensations that we have acquired through the experience of expanding our mental field by associating ourselves with a higher vibration that nourishes us in a superior way.
We have the vibratory compensations coming from our mentors, guides, disincarnated family members and often family members from other lives that we don’t even remember. But what love didn’t suffocate, on the contrary, developed, that time not suffocated, but love developed.
And we have the vibrational compensations of our encounters on a spiritual level.
So we must remember that we often get stuck in loneliness when we can develop other potentials to break through it. It is often difficult to live in solitude where there is no affective complementation. But this difficulty can be lessened when we place our complementation in other sources.
I can very well get affective complementation of living or having someone, of constituting a family or not, of having or not having someone I can follow in life. And this will be highly good for my soul. But I can reduce it to a smaller fraction.
It’s what I always joke: Guys, let’s share the cake.
There are so many other things that I can compensate myself for. And these compensations are what Emmanuel has just said here: “Each creature receives according to what he gives”.
Emmanuel even says in one of his books that he says the following: “In the current human stage, loneliness is a voluntary test”. Because with how many people needing help.
If you still don’t have someone to share with, and many times we reincarnate with inhibitions in the affective field and in the field of relationship.
Many times we will not find those people who can complement us for a lifetime because many times it was the commitment that we asked for so that there is a rebalancing of emotions in relation to the past life. And many times the people are outside our affective group of greater extension, of greater communication.
The family is a family that does not understand us very well, affections never worked out, they were fleeting, we were never able to establish a broader relationship.
Many times we are there within an inhibitory process within that vision of scope, free will and determinism.
Now, we have other ways of compensating ourselves:
- We can compensation in the field of the ideal.
- Compensation in the field of assistance.
- Compensation in the field of generosity.
- Compensation in the field of family and friends.
- Compensation in the spiritual plane.
When we saw such important figures in the mediumistic field, like Chico Xavier for example. And as we see Pietro Ubaldi, they managed to write what they wrote, to receive what they received for lack of compensation at the earthly level.
As they didn’t compensate with the world, they didn’t compensate themselves in the world, and they didn’t compensate themselves in the immediate vicinity of the world. Their minds had to rise to compensate in higher sources of life, in subtle fields of existence, in higher dimensions. Then they spend time stabilizing within this field and becoming an interpreter of these vibrations.
So when you’re compensated, you don’t have a quest at all.
That’s what I said here at the beginning of the class. When you are compensated in the world, in the functions you perform, and in those thoughts you generate, you don’t have psychic decompensations then you don’t do a search.
Now, psychic decompensation that does this quest.
If you take it and instead of seeking, enlarging to place your treasure and your heart in another field, you descend to fascination, fixation, complaint, loneliness, depression, your pain will increase a lot because depending on the angle you live, you may not have affective correspondence to lift you up.
During class someone asks:
As we see in the slide: Each soul lives in a spiritual climate that it has chosen. Sometimes you work for a while so you can ascend and for you to access another higher vibration, and you do. You live in it for a while, but suddenly your inner world turns upside down, you start experiencing aspects of your soul that you never imagined you would live more. You can’t pray, your mind feels like it’s blocked, closed, and you can’t compensate for that vibration that you used to compensate for. What do you do?
Teacher responds:
It’s because the following: When we are in the good and high phase, we cannot forget that the forces that are latent are going to explode again. We think that we build a construction and it will be continuous and straight, but no, time is a spiral.
The content you get at the top is the content you open at the bottom. So we can say the following, the content that I open in the super conscious is the content that I open in the subconscious.
All the forces of life want to express themselves, all the forces that exist our soul will speak at a certain moment.
So much so that, for example, let’s suppose that you are in a highly sexualized moment, that force of sexuality will seek pleasure anyway. The moment this force finds the pleasures it is looking for, you see that it lowers the pressure, lowers the inner function.
You’re going to have a few hours, a few days where this function won’t dominate you because that strength has been satisfied. So this is the mechanism of all psychic forces.
Many times you are there in that development of religiosity, of the intimate world seeking a vibratory compensation until at a certain moment you have a dream, you have a vision, you have an ecstasy, you have a compensation, you wake up happy, you dreamed in colour, you dreamed with superior things, you found a book that filled you deeply, you found a friend, you found someone, and that pays off.
When you compensate that force, the other forces that have been silent for some time will resurface.
The important thing is this: Whatever force I’m talking about, my path is one of re-education and improvement.
I will not feed these forces with the same conditioning as in the past, I will make these forces a new path even if it bleeds me, even if it hurts me.
But the moment I start to do that, soon all the forces gain an educational order. And these inner functions begin to diminish.
So when you say that you stop praying, these are the atheists that you have accumulated in your psyche.
When you have dedicated time to religiosity, prayer, meditation to God, soon this impulse will pay off. The other voices that are out of balance in time will come to the fore.
Now if you believe this atheist, you will be stuck with him for life.
That is, you will pray even if the atheist doesn’t want to, you will read even if reading the thought doesn’t fix it, you will serve even if you don’t feel like it, you will walk even if laziness is inside you, you won’t get carried away by inertia.
That’s the time of effort, that’s the time of determination.
Now if those forces beat you, they keep you in that pattern and you just saw the pattern repeat. When this force compensates, the other better force of yours will come to the surface, you will compensate, but you will never spiral too big. You will rotate on and around its own axis, and very small spirals.
During class someone asks:
The law of correspondence is what governs the inspired and wise sentence: “You will be eternally responsible for what you captivate”.
Teacher responds:
I think this sentence is a lie. Forgive me who likes it there.
Because I think it would be correct if we used it like this: We are eternally responsible because we captivate.
Often the person places the responsibility for the conquest on the other. No, the responsibility for the conquest is on us. It’s not a one-way street that I’ve conquered and I’m responsible. No, it’s a two-way and not a one-way where I conquered and was conquered. And we are responsible for what we make of the feelings we mutually create.
It’s not just a personal side, it’s bilateral because no one is conquered without conquering and vice versa. It may be that this conquest lasted a few hours, it took some time, it may be the “hook up” that we see there today. But it is a responsibility of mutual conquest.
During class someone asks:
As you said: You become eternally responsible for being captivated. I understood this way. If you captivate another person, he also has to captivate you and so on, is it more or less there?
Teacher responds:
You saw that the relationship is something that we are all wanting, right, we are talking about the mind and the subject came up and everyone embarks on it.
What she’s asking is this: What do you captivate, and if you don’t have that captivating vision or do you have a captivation limit. That’s what she’s talking about. How is it?
You are responsible for what you put between you and the other person.
If you, for example, put yourself as a friend of that person, but in the sincere sense, and you didn’t go there to seduce her. You are not responsible for the mental path she put in that friendship because you used a criterion that you didn’t seduce. But if you are a friend and seduce all the time just for the pleasure of seducing, what she created in her mind becomes shared between her and you.
So the careful that we have to be.
Often we play a charm for the sake of playing charm. A woman loves that, loves to seduce whoever is in the room, then she plays a general charm. And then when the person comes to say: “Oh, I’m interested in you”. She says “Wow, but I’m just your friend, I didn’t even want that , you’re tripping, I’m always like that, I’m very gift, happy, loose”.
So the person generates this process. The same thing happens with a man who goes there to seduction and such.
Remember that everything depends on your intention. It is in the gospel according to spiritism: “God judges us by our intention”.
Look if it’s for the intention, be very careful with your intention because they create bonds and create dependencies for which you become responsible.
If you haven’t created this bond and the person has developed this bond in the field of imagination, the problem becomes theirs and you can just be an assistant in this process. Or you don’t have a commitment that you didn’t create.
Now you say: “Oh, but I don’t know if I created it”. A lie, you know. And usually when you say that it’s because you know, you’re lying and you’re hiding.
Now, if that relationship you had, it goes into a process that is not rewarding you, you have to be honest, and at the same time, you have to wait for that person to recover. But being honest and knowing how to build it, and not simply running away from this process and putting in not responsible.
No, you have to be honest until that bond is a little more balanced, the relationship can be broken. And you can see that most of our relationships break up or turn into indifference, or turn into mutism or turn into lack of love.
Look, these relationships have to be recovered because people are often partners in our lives.
How many marriages that end and often disappear, it’s as if they were enemies, mute or have no contact. We have to rebuild it at some point, it’s no use.
It’s just like Emmanuel says divorce in that book Appointment, it has the best divorce lesson I know. And look, I read a lot because I got divorced and I know a lot about this subject.
So take the best lesson I know and it’s there in this book: Appointment. Emmanuel compares divorce as if it were a husband and wife being a train driver that stops at various stations where relatives get on and off. At the time this train derails it will stay there until we remove, and put on again.
Look, so it’s no use trying to make enmities, making compromises because the readjustment process will be more difficult tomorrow.
So we have to walk responsibly so that we can bring this and know how to lead this process.
During class someone asks:
It is correct to put it like this that in the plan, for example, in the plan of the antisystem you have, as you said, the compensations that deplete strength and another comes. But it never fills the lack because the lack is a lack of the system of the fall itself. And then this lack will only be complete when we return to the system, but it’s just compensation.
Teacher responds:
Happiness is a future point, you have happy moments, so you have compensation moments. Then the other waves come again until everything in you is fullness. But in the evolutionary journey the more you evolve, the more compensated you are. And the further behind you are, the more compensated you are in the lower currents, hence the more unhappiness you have.
During class someone asks:
You were talking about the fragmentation of the self in the process of the fall. But these selves from other lives are interconnected and inter-influence themselves a lot by what I see.
How do we do it in the case, mainly therapeutically, when selves from other lives are taking too much care of the current incarnation process and do not allow the current self to perform its functions in the world?
Teacher responds:
Each reincarnation is a renewal process.
Today we have knowledge and we have possibilities in the world like we never had. I mean, the world has advanced the world in therapeutics, and today you have truths wherever you lean.
Truths are available to human beings, nothing is close knowledge anymore, nothing is something for the priest anymore, something else for the popular. Today the truth is available.
So if past incarnations – and what I said about the helix – exerts enormous power over us, we also have several keys of liberation and it’s up to us to look for them.
What we do most of the time is complaining about the impediment, complaining about unhappiness, complaining about impulses, and complaining about problems. But we don’t go after a key to open the portals of consciousness for this to change.
We are similar to that patient who talks all the time about being sick. But does not take medication and does not follow the medical recommendations.
We do this constantly, we prefer to talk about the problem. What Bert talks about in his books, when people talk all the time about their problem, it’s because it doesn’t want to solve it. That’s what we see on a daily basis. I mean, I only talk about the problem as an excuse and as a way to be able to mess with others, but I don’t want to solve it because I live on it.
I say that we are similar to that person who has a wound on his leg and lives from the wound begging for alms. So the wound will never heal because it is thanks to the wound that he earns money and maintains himself. The wound is an element of commerce.
The same thing we do with our problems, with our limitations. We are much more inclined to praise our limitations than to seek with commitment our possibilities.
Slide 05 – Our walk towards wholeness
(Teacher reads slide)
“It recognizes that the spirit was created to live in communion with others. That it is the unity of a whole in the process of improvement and that cooperation cannot escape without damage, but in the way of the tree of the vegetable kingdom, it needs to grow and help efficiently to guarantee the stability of the field and make itself respectable.”
We are going to walk towards wholeness.
Remember that we have already spoken here: Individual evolution, evolution of the totality and evolution in God.
So we are moving towards wholeness. Our whole life is one of interaction, but in the field where we are, we need to form the group that feeds us and sustains us and develop ideas and thoughts and actions from here that can feed us.
Today for you, for example, helping others can be a pain, you don’t want to do it at all and you want to do it lovingly, but if you develop it as a habit, as a behaviour, as an interaction, as a point of freedom, tomorrow is your life path.
So remember that we have to fight against our inertia, fight against this helix that feeds itself. Because this helix also receives impulses from above and we show here that we receive not only impulses from above, but we are made every moment to gain divine impulse in our soul.
Then we will never be the same person because God is the one who takes care of everything in us. Just pay a little more attention.
So next week we head to our last two classes, and getting ready for the next course.
Thank you all so much 🙂
