If, on the one hand, good logic tells us that our last incarnation is always the most important, because once again we have the opportunity to redeem ourselves from past mistakes, I believe that this current one, by the deductions below, is very special. I firmly believe that it is our most important existence of all time . If we become aware of this fact, we will make our thoughts, feelings and attitudes take a healthy direction. For example, we can deduce that, if we have Jesus as our guide and model, it is essential – in this most important existence of ours – to have unconditional love as our goal, because it is this modality of loving that will dictate the content of our texts and our procedures, and consequently we will better take advantage of the spiritist teachings in this fundamental and decisive existence.
In order for the conclusion of this theme to be confirmed by the reader, let us pay attention to the texts below by Saint Augustine and also to the conclusions that follow.
a) “(The planet Earth) has reached one of its periods of transformation, in which from an expiatory orb, it will change to a planet of regeneration, where men will be happy, because the law of God will reign there”. (St. Augustine, The Gospel According to Spiritism, Chapter III, item 19)
b) The characteristics of the Regeneration World:
“ Man (…) is still of flesh. (…) He still has to endure trials, however, without the pungent anxieties of the atonement. (…) They (the worlds of regeneration) represent the calm after the storm, the convalescence after the cruel illness ”. (St. Augustine, The Gospel According to Spiritism, Chapter III, item 17)
c) “ Whoever could follow a world in its different phases, from the moment when the first atoms destined to constitute it agglomerate, would see it go through an incessantly progressive scale, but with imperceptible steps for each generation, and to offer its inhabitants an ever more pleasant abode, as they themselves advance along the path of progress ”. (St. Augustine, The Gospel According to Spiritism, Chapter III, item 19)
From the statements above, I highlighted, in bold, the expression “ imperceptible steps ”, which denotes that we will not clearly perceive the passage of our world, from Atonement and Evidence , to the next and decisive stage, the World of Regeneration . According to this condition, Spiritism provides us with the possibility, through research and logical reasoning, of seeing what seems not to be evident.
If there is no doubt that we are in a period of transition to a World of Regeneration, I will go further, I am convinced that we are making great strides in that blessed direction. I believe that all this current world upheaval is an important harbinger of this pleasant change, because all the current sufferings are awakening the human being to search for a meaning in life. The Earth, with its interior revolution, moving the tectonic plates alerts us and awakens us to our also necessary interior revolution, with the purpose of moving the hardened plates of our hearts.
It is healthy, dear reader, to doubt this conviction of mine that we are making great strides towards a World of Regeneration. No one is obliged to believe the conviction of another. But, after the information that follows, try to free your mind from preconceived ideas that can impede deductive reasoning, so that you can freely reflect on the clarifications coming from the great masters of our Seara. Let’s start with the immediate representative of our Master Jesus, Allan Kardec:
I – ALLAN KARDEC TELL US WHEN SPIRITISM WILL BECOME A COMMON BELIEF THROUGHOUT THE EARTHLY WORLD:
Before exposing Kardec’s saying, let’s understand that the expression in the title just above, “ common belief”, does not necessarily mean common religion . For, perhaps for a long time, the various religions existing today will continue to have their present denominations. However, Kardec clarifies that in the future the essential principle of all of them will be based on the spiritist foundations, since they come from the laws of nature . And every law of nature , after being revealed, becomes incontestable. Take the example of electricity , which for a long time was seen as witchcraft and today we universally understand it as a natural law.. Let us also remember the law of gravity, which, despite being unknown to humanity for a long time, is now accepted without any challenge. The same will happen with the themes Reincarnation , Plurality of Inhabited Worlds and Communicability of Spirits , which, as they are natural laws, at the right time all human beings will naturally believe. Therefore, Catholicism (for example) will continue to exist, but the difference will be that its followers will believe in reincarnation, in the plurality of inhabited worlds and in other principles and truths already revealed by Spiritism.
Returning to the title subject of this paragraph, many of us, spiritists, did not have eyes to see what is clear and limpid like a crystalline lake: Kardec has already informed us when Spiritism will be implanted on Earth . In question 798 of The Spirits’ Book, which focuses on when Spiritism will be implanted on Earth, Kardec explains that “(…) for two or three generations, there will still be a ferment of disbelief, which only the time will annihilate” .
As good logic tells us that after a period of unbelief the only alternative will be a period of credulity , let’s do the math to clarify ourselves as to when we will reach that good period. Before, it is important to say that, even though life expectancy at the time of Kardec was well below 70 years old, the fact is that people considered this age to be the time of a generation. Now, let’s do the math:
a) If at the time of Kardec a generation corresponded to a period of 70 years;
b) If Kardec says that the period of disbelief will last two or three generations (140 to 210 years);
c) If after the period of unbelief comes the period of credulity:
d) If The Spirits’ Books , which started the Age of Spiritism, was published in 1857;
So, doing the math, we come to the following conclusion:
CONCLUSION-I: Spiritism will become a common belief in the period between 1997 and 2067.
II – CHICO XAVIER INFORMS US WHEN THE EARTH WILL BE A WORLD OF REGENERATION:
In the book Duty of Answers , Volume II (Plantão de Respostas II – title in portuguese) , Chico Xavier says: “ Emmanuel says that Earth will be a regenerated world around 2057 ”.
We realize that the year 2057 is within the limits recommended by Kardec, in Conclusion-I, just above. Which leads us to believe that, when the spiritist principles are implanted throughout the planet, there will be a cultural revolution in such proportions, that we will see the dawn of the long-awaited World of Regeneration.
CONCLUSION-II: The World of Regeneration will have its dawn around 2057, this year within the time limits in which Kardec affirms that Spiritism will be a Common Belief.
III – BEZERRA DE MENEZES INFORMS US WHEN SPIRITISM WILL BE IMPLEMENTED ON EARTH:
In the book Atitude de Amor (Attitude of love) , Publishing company Dufaux, Psychography of Wanderley Soares de Oliveira, Bezerra de Menezes explains to us that for Spiritism to be implanted on Earth there was a planning in spirituality (as it could not be otherwise), and that the implantation had a delimitation of three distinct periods of 70 years.
The first period of 70 years (from 1857 to 1927) focused on the consolidation of the fact that Spiritism is not a belief based on human ideas, but Spiritism is the Doctrine of Spirits.
The second period (from 1928 to 1997) aimed at the proliferation of Spiritist Centers and the dissemination of Spiritist knowledge . It was the period when we became experts at making beautiful speeches without actually practicing them! We come to have knowledge, but without the corresponding attitudes.
The third and final period of 70 years (1998 to 2067) is what we are living in right now! Which implies how essential it is to believe that our current reincarnation is the most important of all the existences we have had so far .
Regarding this last period, Bezerra de Menezes says that it is the period of attitudes , that is, this is the moment to practice what we have learned so far from Spiritism. For example, if we have a beautiful speech about fraternity, the time has come to be fraternal. As Richard Simonetti said, “ The time has come for knowledge to descend from the head to the heart ”, or as our fellow confrere Carlos Abranches said: “ We need to reason with the heart and love with the brain ”.
CONCLUSION–III: Bezerra de Menezes informs us that the implementation of Spiritism on Earth will be from 1997 to 2067, a period within the time limits in which Kardec states that Spiritism will be a Common Belief.
IV – FIVE VERY RESPECTFUL AND VALUABLE SPIRITIST INSTITUTIONS ARE A CHANNEL TO INFORM US THAT THE WORLD OF REGENERATION IS NEAR:
Let’s imagine what it is like to receive a spiritist message that reinforces and validates the conclusions of all the previous items, and, in addition, brings with it the endorsement of five institutions recognized in our country for their importance and, mainly, credibility:
Institution-1) Bezerra de Menezes (he is our disincarnated brother, but he still has the weight and value of an “institution” for his contributions that are widely known by us spiritists);
Institution-2) Divaldo Franco (he is our brother and incarnate medium, but he also has the weight and value of an “institution” for his contributions that are widely known by us spiritists);
Institution-3) National Federative Council;
Institution-4) FEB- Brazilian Spiritist Federation;
Institution-5) Reformador Magazine.
In January 2005, the magazine Reformador, brings one of the most enlightening texts by Bezerra de Menezes about the current moment of our world, of Spiritism and also about our responsibilities arising from the facts mentioned by him.
The message was received at the last meeting of the FEB National Federative Council in 2004. Our beloved spiritual benefactor used the psychophonic mediumship of Divaldo Franco to say with all the letters, without leaving any doubt about the content of what he had to pass on to us, that:
“We cannot deny that this is the great moment of transition from the World of Trials and Atonements to the World of Regeneration.”
Dear reader, to reinforce the obvious I have bolded the expression “ this is the great moment ”. But before reinforcing the obvious, I ask you: Does the word “this” relate to the past, the present or the future? Sorry for such a simple question. The truth is that we all know that such a word has to do with the “present” moment. Therefore, Bezerra is not referring to the future! Hence the fact that, in the same text, Bezerra de Menezes adds: “ (…) There is no more time to postpone the proposal to renew the planet” .
One more important deduction for us Spiritists: if Bezerra de Menezes says that there is no more time to postpone the proposal to renew the planet, elementary logic leads us to the fourth conclusion, as follows:
CONCLUSION-IV: Bezerra de Menezes informs us that this is the great moment of transition from the World of Trials and Atonements to the World of Regeneration . This moment is within the time limits in which Kardec states that Spiritism will be a Common Belief.
V – THE SPIRITS MARIA MODESTO CRAVO AND JOANNA DE ANGELIS ALERT US ABOUT THE RENEWAL THAT IS ALREADY OCCURRING ON OUR PLANET!
Two pieces of information:
The first :
In the book Reforma Íntima Sem Martírio , launched and edited in this first decade of the 21st century (this information is important), Published by Dufaux, psychography by Wanderley Soares de Oliveira, the spirit Maria Modesto Cravo says: “ A new generation returns to the carnal ranks of humanity to air the panorama of all the segmental expressions of the orb, interconnecting them and projecting them to expanded levels of utility. (…) It is time to renew ”.
The second information :
In the book Momentos de Harmonia , launched and edited in 1991 (this information is important), Editora Leal, psychography by Divaldo Franco, the spirit Joanna de Ângelis says: “ (…) to the quality of the spirits that begin to inhabit it, enriched with titles of ennoblement and fraternal interest ”.
Dear reader, if you live with children, I ask you: Aren’t the children of today very intelligent? I know what your answer will be: “Yes, very smart!!!”
Why are they so smart? The answer lies in the analysis of the two texts by the friendly spirits above: The kind spirits Joanna de Angelis and Maria Modesto Cravo inform us that, in the last few decades, the spirits that are being born on our planet are very special. They are noble of soul, they are fraternal, and by natural deduction, intelligent.
This good news of the renewal of the planet, certainly the most important occurrence after the coming of Christ and the birth of Kardec, leads us to the fifth conclusion:
CONCLUSION–V: The spirits Joanna de Angelis and Maria Modesto Cravo inform us that special spirits (fraternal, noble) are returning to Earth with the aim of airing the panorama of all segmental expressions of our planet, with the aim of renewing it , and this renewal takes place within the time limits in which Kardec states that Spiritism will be a Common Belief.
VI – THE RESPECTED MEDIUM AND BAIAN SPEAKER, DIVALDO FRANCO, SAID, IN A LECTURE GIVEN IN 1999, THAT IN THE YEAR 2025 TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND HIGHLY EVOLVED SPIRITS WILL RETURN TO EARTH:
Dear reader, according to the welcome information of the title just above, plus the information of item V, where Joanna de Ângelis and Maria Modesto Cravo clarify us that noble and fraternal spirits (also intelligent) are returning to Earth in order to help in the renewal of the planet, we can then ask the following question:
WHAT WILL OUR PLANET EARTH LOOK LIKE IN 2060?
The answer to the above question, we will have deductively:
a) In 2060, the noble, fraternal and intelligent spirits that, according to the kind spirits Joanna de Angelis and Maria Modesto Cravo, are already returning to Earth, will be up to 70 years old;
b) In 2060, the two hundred thousand highly evolved spirits that will reincarnate in 2025, according to information received (and divulged) by the highly respected medium and orator Divaldo Franco, will be 35 years old ;
c) In 2060 the current world leaders and other individuals who tend to evil WILL BE DISENCARNED !
CONCLUSION-VI : In the year 2060, spirits will be inhabiting the Earth that, by their nature, have all the qualities to inhabit a World of Regeneration, within the time limits in which Kardec states that Spiritism will be a Common Belief.
TO REFLECT:
Whereas we, the current inhabitants of Earth:
a) Eventually we are not part of the spirits that in the last decades of the 20th century began to return to this planet, with nobility in their hearts and a spirit of fraternity;
b) For sure, we are not part of the highly evolved spirits that will reincarnate in 2025;
The question is: How are we?
Well, the opportunity was given to us.
We are inhabitants of the Earth at a very special time, which is a divine gift. This is a great opportunity for us to start repairing our past mistakes. We need with all our strength, with all our will, with all our commitment, to take advantage of this opportunity to be here inhabiting this planet that, soon, can give us the condition of having an environment where the tendency to good will be the keynote. How do we get this grace? The only solution is to start our spiritual regeneration now.
I suggest three steps to make the most of our current existence:
First step:
We value and thank Mestre Jesus for the opportunity to be living our most important incarnation of all the existences we had.
On the importance of reincarnation, let us remember what the spirit Emmanuel said:
“ Each incarnation is like a shortcut on the roads of ascension. For this reason, human beings must love their existence of temporary struggles and bitterness, because it means a divine blessing, almost a forgiveness from God ”.
Considering that there is a long line of beings who want to have the opportunity to reincarnate on Earth, and aware that few achieve this return, then the statement above, by Emmanuel, makes us reflect on how we have to be grateful for having had the opportunity to be current residents of our beloved planet. Let us reflect: Why among billions of spirits that inhabit the different dimensions of our planet Earth, are we part of the minimum percentage of those who live on its surface precisely at the time of transition to the world of regeneration?
Second step:
We urgently start a process of self-knowledge:
The basis of all behavioral change is self-knowledge. And therein lies the greatest difficulty of the human being. Self-knowledge is not “one of the greatest” difficulties, it is (I repeat) “the greatest” difficulty of the human being. For example, if we are miserly, we say that we are “thrifty”; if we are arrogant, we say that we know how to recognize our value!
To get to know ourselves, Buddhism teaches us two special procedures:
Mindfulness: Which is the Buddhist art of relentlessly observing ourselves, seeking to direct our eyes to ourselves. Which is a habit that to be developed requires effort and great willpower.
Internalization: Which is the act of facing our inner world and admitting to ourselves the nature of our feelings. That is, not saying “ I never feel hurt ” or “ Anger is not part of my life ”. This course of denying our inferior feelings is called self-delusion, a highly destructive course. From the moment we admit our inferior feelings, a door opens for us to learn to have self-control and to give ourselves the condition to start the process of change.
Complementing “internalization” is the act of studying our reactions to life. For example, when someone calls us “incompetent” and we feel like strangling them, we should ask ourselves “ if I know I’m competent, why did I feel so angry when my colleague called me incompetent? ” By doing so, we will be giving ourselves the opportunity to study and know the reason for our reactions, which is an important step towards behavior change.
The two procedures above lead us to acquire the greatest wealth we can have: self-knowledge, which is the basis of development in all fields of our life.
On the topic of self-knowledge, said the spirit Ermance Dufaux (book Deserve to be Happy, Publisher Dufaux):
“ There is no happiness without full knowledge of oneself. Diving in the abyssal waters of the intimate sea is indispensable. And coexistence, in this context, is the Blessed School. Knowing the reasons for our reactions to others, understanding feelings and ideas in relationships is a precious lesson for the aggrandizement of the soul in the search for itself ”.
Third step:
To transform our discourse on coexistence and fraternity into practical experience, especially in our spiritist house.
On the topic of fraternity, the spirit Ermance Dufaux (Book United for Love, Publisher Dufaux) said:
“ Before the ‘beyond walls’ projects, let us encourage fraternity, as a priority, to the closest neighbor, to the one who shares with us the routine doctrinal responsibilities in our spiritist house, making efforts for a joyful and liberating coexistence. Living together fraternally must be the essence of our cause. The Spiritist Center, School of Superior Virtues, is the environment for discipline and training of new models of relationships (…).”
FINAL CONCLUSION:
In the first half of 2005, I heard from a president of a certain Spiritist Center in the city of São Paulo: “ In our spiritist house there was a lot of intrigue, many discussions and unproductive conflicts. One day our team got together and we made an agreement, to be fraternal. This has been a year now. From that day until today, fraternity is present among us. You know, we found that being fraternal is a matter of choice .”
In conclusion, in our spiritist environment we can choose one of the following two options:
a) Being initiators or propagators of unproductive conflicts between brothers of the same ideal, as still occurs today, or
b) Choosing to be fraternal, accepting our differences, that is, exercising otherness.
Being fraternal is – simply – a matter of choice . So that we, who have the gift of having known the Consoling Spirit, may choose the path of fraternity and, with that, deserve to be inhabitants of the Earth in its new and brief stage: World of Regeneration !
