About the author:
Pietro Alleori Ubaldi, better known as Pietro Ubaldi, was born in Foligno, Italy, on August 18, 1886, and passed away in São Vicente, Brazil, on February 29, 1972. He was an Italian philosopher and spiritual thinker. He had a background in Law and Music and spoke English, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently, as well as having knowledge of Latin and Greek.
In 1927, following the death of his father, he took a vow of poverty and transferred his rightful possessions to his family. He wrote a spiritualist work spanning 24 volumes, in which he sought to demonstrate the existence of a universal Law that governs everything. He fantastically merged philosophy, religion, and science in his writings. Part of this work was written in Italy and the other part in Brazil.
The book The Great Synthesis, written between 1932 and 1935, is considered one of his major works. It delves into a proposal for a unified understanding among all forms of human knowledge.
